Tonto Verde

Tonto Verde Golf Club is a private 55 plus golf community located in the Sonoran Desert, just northeast of Scottsdale, Arizona. The club features two championship golf courses. The Ranch Course and the Peaks Course offer distinct challenges and breathtaking views of the surrounding desert landscape. The courses are meticulously maintained, with lush fairways, strategically placed bunkers, and undulating greens that provide an exciting and enjoyable golfing experience for players of all skill levels. In addition, a challenging 18 hole putting course near the clubhouse is fun for both golfers and non-golfers.

Emphasizing an active lifestyle, both the Tonto National Forest and McDowell Mountain Regional Park are adjacent to the community and allow the residents to explore miles of scenic walking, hiking, and biking trails.  The community is designed to blend harmoniously with the desert landscape, featuring well-maintained homes, lush landscaping, and panoramic views of the mountains, desert vistas, and golf courses.

The community offers a restaurant (Mesquite Grill), a pro shop, an outdoor saltwater pool, fitness center, bocce courts and soon to be built pickle ball courts. There are also practice facilities including two driving ranges, putting greens, and chipping areas for golfers to fine-tune their skills. Snack shacks are at the turn of each course.

The community primarily consists of custom-built single-family homes, townhomes, and villas, offering a range of options to cater to different preferences and lifestyles. The architecture typically reflects the Southwestern style, incorporating elements such as stucco exteriors, tile roofs, and desert-inspired color palettes.
